Clean Skies News talks with Virginia Governor Tim Kaine on his plans for changing the way we produce and consume energy in his state and across the country. As Chairman of the Southern Governor’s Association (SGA), Kaine plans to put carbon emissions on the agenda. Gov. Kaine says the SGA will also work to identify existing energy initiatives in the southern states, review existing climate change assessments or plans in those states and outline federal legislative and policy actions.
