General Clark was a speaker at the National Clean Energy Summit 2.0 at the University of Nevada Las Vegas on August 10, 2009. General Clark thinks an ethanol hybrid car is the best possible technology for a car, which he says will be a zero emissions vehicle, provided we are getting our electricity from wind.
