Clean Skies Sunday reports from Las Vegas and the National Clean Energy Summit. Hosted by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and the Center for American Progress, energy heavy-hitters such as former President Bill Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, Energy Secretary Steven Chu and T. Boone Pickens all gathered to discuss the country's energy policy, and ways to create sustainable jobs in a new energy economy. The event featured two presentations including a round table discussion that brought experts from across the energy industry together. American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) CEO Denise Bode, former Colorado Senator Tim Wirth and T. Boone Pickens talked with Clean Skies Sunday and gave their impressions of the Summit, and what they hope to see in future energy legislation.Also, Clean Skies Sunday goes on a tour of three renewable energy projects that supporters say proves renewable projects can bring in jobs and money.
