About this video
Executive Editor Margaret Ryan talks with David Waskow, Climate Change Program Director of Oxfam America, about the latest round of UN climate treaty talks just concluded in Bonn, Germany.
Waskow attended the talks and he gives his views on progress in making short-term funding available to help the poorest countries adapt to climate change, prospects for finding funding mechanisms to battle climate change in the longer term, and the outlook for reaching any global agreements at the next climate Conference of the Parties (COP) in Cancun, Mexico.
