GLOBAL CLIMATE DEBATE

Zhenhua serves as China’s chief climate negotiator. He was born in 1949, joined the CPC in 1969 and graduated from the Engineering Physics Department of Qinghua University. Zhenhua most recently serves as a member of China's 17th CPC, Central Committee, Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Vice-Minister, National Development and Reform Commission.
