Todd Stern, Special Envoy for Climate Change, U.S. Department of State

Todd Stern was appointed Special Envoy for Climate Change January 26, 2009. He represents the United States internationally at the Ministerial level in all negotiations regarding climate change. Prior to his work at the state department, Stern was a Senior Fellow for the Center for American Progress. During the Clinton administration, he was senior White House representative at the Kyoto Protocol talks.
